Beth graduated in 2016 from Leeds Beckett University in the UK and has worked in the NHS Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal services before coming to Australia in 2023.

Beth has a special interest in Women’s Health and has completed post graduate courses in this area. She can treat; female urinary incontinence, female pelvic pain, prolapses and pre/post natal musculoskeletal conditions.

Beth has years of experience in treating conditions such as sports injuries, pre/post Orthopaedic rehab, Hypermobility and Spinal conditions including pre/post surgery. She also has experience of working in acute care, Long COVID care and Hydrotherapy.

Beth takes pride in trying to keep up-to-date in evidence-based healthcare and therefore being able to provide excellent care to all of her clients. She is able to tailor exercises and self-management strategies to clients needs and support them through their recovery and/or sporting activities.

Beth enjoys playing netball and exploring/travelling Australia in her spare time.
